Notes on this instrument

I found this instrument in Estonia.

After a visit to Arvo Pärt, I walked into an antiques store that was situated next to Arvo’s apartment in the centre of Tallinn. After walking around the store I found this instrument! It travelled back home in my suitcase, in the hold of the airplane without any trouble!
