De Cart

This Baritone saxophone was built in Lier, Belgium. It was made by the firm of De Cart Brothers (Ferdinand & Louis), which was established in 1850 by Alexander De Cart at Lierre, Belgium, just south of Antwerp. Incidentally, this was one of the first instruments I found for my collection!
