Notes on this instrument

This instrument is a true gem, effortlessly combining the best of both worlds. Its exceptional playability has been a cornerstone of my orchestral endeavors, having graced the stage countless times.

The tone and handling it offers are nothing short of mesmerizing. The way it resonates and responds to every nuance of touch is simply remarkable, creating an unparalleled musical experience.

Back in 2007, I had the pleasure of acquiring this instrument from the talented craftsman, Peter Neff, in Cologne. Beyond his masterful repair skills, Peter was a dear friend with a truly unique personality. His legacy lives on through this instrument, enriching my musical journey with sentimental value and profound appreciation.
