Notes on this instrument

Restaured by Adrian Vilaboa. This is also an instrument I X-rayed for my doctoral thesis. Not in last place, because this is one of the instrument that was featured in Jaap Kool’s book, claiming that this is how you find the infamous parabolic cone. In my doctoral thesis I was able to identify exactly what that parabolic cone is.
